I wanted to write and express my sincerest thanks and appreciation for all that you do and have done in caring for, loving, and in looking after my grandmother Lucille at your facility the past three months that she has been in your care. I was down to Dubuque from Minneapolis where I live to visit her this past week, and was fortunate enough to meet many of you who look after her. I must tell you that as a family member of someone staying at your facility, I couldn’t feel more at ease and more appreciative of the fact that she is as lucky as she is to be at Stonehill with all of you looking after her.

Every single one of you that I met while I was in town and at the residence was so sweet, kind and so genuine to me and to her. I was and am truly moved that she is as fortunate as she is to have all of you on her side each and every day. I simply cannot thank you all enough for being so wonderful at what you do and for offering the wonderful care that you offer at Stonehill.
